The Objectives of the Independent Cricket Association
are to:
• Provide a forum
for discussion for Independent Cricket Clubs.
• Debate matters of common interest ant
to decide on common policy.
• Nominate to the Hong Kong Cricket Association
Annual General Meeting a Representative of independent
cricket clubs to represent all independent cricket
clubs at meetings of the Executive Committee
of the Hong Kong Cricket Association.
• Raise funds to assist finance the cost
of participation of Independent Cricket Clubs
in the leagues and cup competitions organised
by the Hong Kong Cricket Association and for
such other matters as may be specifically decided
upon from time to time.
• Foster the development of cricket in
Hong Kong.
• Select teams at all age levels to represent
the combined Independent Cricket Clubs in games
against the Hong Kong Cricket Club or the Kowloon
Cricket Club either individually or combined
and to play against visiting sides.
• Appoint representatives to act on behalf
of independent clubs at the League and Cup Committee
of the HKCA.
